Goblins of Andorra

The Pyrenees mountain range, like perhaps every range of mountains in Ye Knowne World, are home to tribes of goblins.
Goblins are typically barbaric foes of the various human and "demi-human" races. Goblins usually live in tribes which are ruled by the strongest goblin in the group. These tribes vary in size from gangs of a dozen or so to tribes of up to 400, although most goblin tribes will fragment and split into competing tribes before reaching that size, as they are fractious and greedy by nature.
Goblin tribes usually settle near civilized areas to raid for food, livestock, tools, weapons, and supplies. While goblins are not known for their fine craftsmen, goblins are quite adept at adapting stolen arms, armor, or other goods for their own use.
Most goblin tribes have magic-using shamans, revering minor demons or elemental forces.

There are three primary tribes near, in, or around Andorra 9goblins do not recognize human borders, after all). They are:
- Redskull Goblins - The range in the south-east of Andorra, and their totem are red skulls, and festoon their shields accordingly. Some goblins use red-skull topped maces in combat.
- ThreeEyes Goblins - These goblins inhabit the mountains north of Andorra, and often paint a third eye (usually in white) on their foreheads. Their shields are decorated with three eyes in a triangle.
- Picknose Goblins - These goblins inhabit the area west of Ordino. They derive their name from the sharp-pickaxe shape of their noses, rather than a poor hygienic habit. They raid for slaves to populate their own hidden iron mines, and are the best-armed of the local goblin tribes. Unsurprisingly, they favor pickaxes for weapons.
